Over the years, Karan has helped take numerous North American Growth Companies public, developed equity financing strategies and Go-Public structures, with combined financings north of $20 million. 

Karan leverages his passion for Emerging Technologies and the Venture Market to identify opportunities with paradigm shifting/disrupting capabilities. At Varshney Capital Corp. (Vancouver Based Merchant Bank), Karan leads the Blockchain and Crypto Investment initiative and has travelled extensively to Global Blockchain hubs in Germany, Switzerland, and the United States to identify the latest trends and developments in the evolving sector to identify unique opportunities.
