After a summer break the next Las Vegas Real Estate Investment Club Meeting will be held Thursday, October 25th at 6:59pm at the Orleans Hotel and Casino, 2nd floor ballroom.
We are carrying great momentum and the feedback from the last few meetings has been fantastic with attendance records of over 200 attendees at our last 3 meetings.
The next meeting will focus once again on what is happening in the global economy and how it relates to investors on a local level.
In addition Mr. Steve Hawks will be discussing one of the great big challenges for any Real Estate Professional…..AB284.
Specifically Steve will be discussing how to get AB 284 amended?
Keep in mind, the Las Vegas Real Estate Investment Club was the only source that discussed AB 284 and 12 months ago predicted how to profit from it.
We believe the traditional Real Estate agent will not be needed in 2013 and attendees will learn how to adapt now and learn the strategies that will work in 2013.
This is not a time for “Out of Town” coaches but a time to attend a meeting with the “locals” who can guide you.
In addition to Steve Hawks, Richard Lee will be discussing Real Estate deal activity in Las Vegas and his forecast over the next several months.
