Gary Bates joined the Club six years ago, thinking that it was a real estate investment club. But, he found out that it’s much more. Gary appreciates being exposed to many different ideas and being able to invest in the new private placement opportunities available excusively to Club members. Gary remarks: “Mike is really a draw. His attitude, the way he works, and all of the time and effort he puts into the Club is amazing.
