ICOA August 26th Meeting

Glenn Plantone is a front line entrepreneur.  
Glenn is the 2^nd person that I met when I arrived in Las Vegas and we have stayed friends.   He is a successful investor with dozens of homes and has ventured into several business opportunities Some with  success and some without.
I always look to Glenn for his guidance on coming trends and how to capitalize to make money.

We will also be joined by Jeff Clark who will update club members on our largest investment and how he is maneuvering  the company through these very difficult times.  

Glenn Plantone attended Paul Smith’s College in New York right after high school.  After obtaining his associate degree, he moved to Las Vegas to attend the University of Nevada Las Vegas, College of Hospitality.  After graduating with his bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Glenn worked in the hospitality industry for the first 5 years out of college then dreamed of something bigger.  He opened his own housewares company and succeeded with that company for 15 years.

Glenn began his real estate career as a property investor. Glenn’s tireless search for the best locations in which to purchase real estate and his diligence in seeking out investment opportunities attracted quite a number of followers. Other investors began to seek out Glenn’s opinion and soon Glenn found himself conducting buying tours all over the U.S.  He has purchased, and continues to purchase, property and land all across the States.

After the real estate bubble burst, Glenn quickly realized that the next hot spot for investing would be the very area that was hit the hardest by declining home prices…Las Vegas! He moved to Las Vegas and obtained his Realtor license. It didn’t take long for Glenn to become one of the top performing agents and investors in the Las Vegas valley. In fact, he has been ranked as high as #4 among agents in terms of transactions in all of Las Vegas.

Glenn attributes his success to building a team that consistently focuses on serving the needs of their clients as well as his own background as an investor. As an owner of over 40 rental properties himself, Glenn still considers himself both an investor and a Realtor. He remains committed to helping his clients achieve success…whether that is finding the perfect investment or the perfect first home. He has represented a buyer, seller or himself in over 1,000 transactions to date. Glenn has flipped over 400 properties over that last 10 years!
