LVIC is very pleased with the developments in our UFC Gyms. Although the club only got involved in this investment less than 6 months ago and we did not foresee cash flow payments for at least 18 months we are delighted to report we are ahead of this schedule.
On a scale of 1 to 10, the LVIC reports we are close to a 10 in performance. What we thought would take 18 months to achieve cash flow is likely to happen within 12 months.
